Lindsay E. Nahorney focuses her time in the Firm’s primary practice areas of estate planning and the administration of estates and trusts. She has outstanding skills in legal analysis and writing, which were honed as a member of the prestigious Georgetown Journal of Law & Public Policy while in her third year of law school. Lindsay reviews drafts of each revocable and irrevocable trust, will, power of attorney and all manner of other estate planning documents prepared for our clients, and she collaborates with our paralegals to ensure proper funding of those trusts.

Lindsay also serves our fiduciary clients as a member of the trust and estate administration team in tasks ranging from probate proceedings to fiduciary accountings, as well as working to resolve the complex legal issues which often arise during the course of administration.

A Virginia Beach native, Lindsay graduated from First Colonial High School, where she was selected for the Legal Studies Academy program. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Politics, with a Minor in English, from the University of Virginia, where she participated in the Women’s Leadership and Development Program and volunteered at Madison House as a tutor for students in the Charlottesville school system. Lindsay is pleased that circumstances have enabled her to return home for the practice of law in her chosen field, and she plans to look for opportunities to build relationships within her community.
