Emily brings her innate analytical and communication skills to our paralegal team, where she focuses on the administration of probate estates and post-mortem irrevocable trusts by our fiduciary clients. In addition to preparing fiduciary accountings for our executor and trustee clients, she serves as a liaison for beneficiaries of estates and trusts to provide guidance and information during this complex process.

Emily also works with our attorneys in the preparation and execution of estate planning documents, ranging from basic powers of attorney to advanced trust instruments.  She is a versatile team player, having earned a Professional Certificate in Paralegal Studies from James Madison University following her early graduation which imbued her with skills in multiple areas of the law encountered in her daily practice.
