Nicole D. Morris concentrates her practice in the administration of trusts and estates, which includes advising fiduciaries regarding their duties as to reporting obligations and supervising the preparation of inventories and fiduciary accountings for probate estates and private trusts with the support of our experienced paralegals.
Mrs. Morris is primary tax counsel for the preparation of federal and state fiduciary income tax returns for the many estates and trusts represented or managed by the Firm. This requires the acquisition and organization of key tax reporting documentation from the executors and trustees in order to ensure the timely signing and filing of these returns.
In addition, she counsels beneficiaries of estates and trusts with regard to the protection of their rights and interests.
